CONGRATULATIONS IN ORDER IN KZN!

Mr Steve Poorter, a Fellow (FAArb) of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC, and a committee member of its KwaZulu-Natal branch, presents a construction law module at the University of Kwazulu-Natal, Durban. This module is part of the Property Development and Construction Management curriculum, and deals with a basic introduction to construction law, with a focus on the JBCC and GCC forms of contract. In 2019, the Association’s KZN branch agreed to fund a R2 000 prize to Steve’s top student, who turned out to be Ms Sholishka Naidoo. Congratulations to Sholishka! We wish her well as she continues to study for her honours degree next year.
