MEDIATION FOUNDATION COURSE
In light of Judge President Dunstan Mlambo’s draft directive regarding mandatory pre-trial mediation for all Gauteng civil matters, don’t miss The Society of Mediators‘ next online training course, in partnership with the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC, to become an internationally accredited qualified mediator.
The Society’s Faculty – led by Jonathan Dingle FRSA, Andrea Barnes, and Zoey White – trained hundreds of mediators in recent years in a series of courses in Sandton and online, and has worked across Africa.
Who should attend?
This online course is specifically for anyone wishing to:
- Train to become a mediator to international standards; and/or
- Act as a party representative at mediations.
