NOTE: 

  • All nominations applications are put before the Nominations Committee for the appointment of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioners (arbitrators, adjudicators, mediators, etc.).  The Nominations Committee only meets every fortnight;
  • The Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC is a nominating body and, as such, does not offer legal advice.
